Custom components and templates on D7, with no core edits, so updates do not undo the work.

I find what actually slows it down: queries, caching, page weight. Measure first, then fix.

Core upgrades

Version bumps rehearsed on a copy so production stays up.

Rescuing legacy code

I read the inherited code, document what it does and bring it to a workable state.

Moving to another server, environment setup, SSL, backups.

Frequently asked.

Do you work with someone else’s code?
Yes, that is half the work. I first understand what is there and say honestly whether to fix or rebuild. I suggest a rewrite only when fixing would cost more.
We are on an old Bitrix version. Will you take it?
Yes. Upgrades are rehearsed on a copy, step by step. If core edits block the upgrade, I move them out first.
Why not WordPress? It is cheaper.
For a catalogue with 1C exchange, stock and complex pricing, Bitrix fits better — that is what it was built for. For a brochure site I will talk you out of Bitrix myself.
Do you guarantee the work?
On my own code, yes — I fix my bugs for free. On inherited code I did not touch, no guarantee is possible, and I say that upfront.
